**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Bluselection. As a Social Media Sales and Marketing Advisor, you will play a key role in developing new marketing ideas and creating a significant impact on today's life.

**Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
  • Identify sales opportunities and acquire new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) space.
  • Perform consultative work to provide the best solution for clients' business goals.
  • Provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals.

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • You speak native Dutch and have a good level of English (at least B2).
  • You have a high school degree or already have a bachelor's degree.
  • You have a sales or marketing background.
  • You have a general understanding or interest in online marketing products.

**What We Offer:

  • A fixed-term contract for one year that can be renewed every year.
  • Working hours: Mon – Fri 8 am to 5 pm (40 hrs/week).
  • 15 days of paid training.
  • Salary conditions (*): €1,040 gross/month including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included), or €1,298 gross/month without accommodation.
