Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications with a focus on Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM, and IRE mechanisms.
- Utilize your expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP, Jelly, and other ServiceNow technologies to build and enhance functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure high-quality results, adhering to deadlines and project objectives.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, methodologies, and directives.
- Use MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to prepare reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of experience in the IT field.
- Technical and Functional Expertise on ServiceNow (mandatory).
- Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP, Jelly, Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM, and IRE mechanism.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish is highly valuable.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and systematic, critical, and logical thinking.
- ServiceNow Advanced Developer certification is preferred.
- Commitment to team objectives and respect for procedures and methodologies.
