About Us

Axa Group Operations is a leading provider of IT solutions, and we are seeking an experienced SAP developer to join our team. As an SAP Systems Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions that enhance our business processes. Our dynamic team works collaboratively with ~200 experts in France and Portugal to build and operate end-user applications across various Corporate & Support Functions.

Your Role
You will play a critical role in enhancing and supporting our Auxiliary Accounting and HERMES products within AXA's global finance operations. You will collaborate with a diverse team of SAP experts to ensure seamless integration with legacy systems and meet the specific needs of each entity. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining SAP applications in ECC6 and S/4HANA Cloud Public environments
• Designing Fiori applications and optimizing ABAP programs
• Integrating and managing APIs to facilitate data exchange between SAP applications and external systems
• Collaborating with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing SAP applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
• Participating in system upgrades and conducting testing to validate changes and improvements
• Writing comprehensive technical specifications and contributing to the development of best practices and quality assurance measures

Your Profile
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP development, particularly with ECC6 and S/4HANA Cloud Public
• Strong expertise in ABAP programming, Fiori application development, and integration using APIs
• Knowledge of SAP Enhancement Framework (BADI, Enhancement Spot, Switch) and SAP best practices
• Proficiency in SAP Development tools (ABAP)
• Knowledge of financial modules (GL, AA, AP, AR), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Controlling
• Expertise in CDS Views, integration development (APIs, BAPIs, Webservices), and quality assurance/testing
• Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and IT architecture
