Veterinary Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Assistant to join our Shared Services Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution. Provide detailed information on Nestlé animal nutrition products and services, offering counseling and recommendations for pet owners. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company developments. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence. Ensure compliance with Nestlé's Consumer Complaints Handling process and refer complex issues to relevant departments.

Requirements
Fluency in French, both spoken and written. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Science, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a veterinary technician or customer relations role. Proficiency in pet nutrition and behavior knowledge. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
