We are seeking a talented Brand Designer to join our team at Tabby. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging visual content that drives impact and inspires our customers to rethink how they shop, pay, earn, and save money.

About the Role

This position requires a unique blend of creativity, precision, and collaboration. You will work closely with Marketing Managers and other stakeholders to develop and execute campaign strategies, create social media graphics, and design in-app ads and banners. Your expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and email design will be essential in delivering high-quality visual content that meets our brand standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Email Design and Development: Design and build marketing emails that ensure a seamless user experience and strong visual appeal.
  • Social Media Graphics Creation: Create social media graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • In-App Ad and Banner Design: Design in-app ads and banners to enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
  • Campaign Strategy Development: Develop and execute campaign strategies, identifying target audiences and crafting visual content that resonates with our merchants.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to determine the most effective channels and tactics for reaching customers.
  • Brand Consistency Maintenance: Ensure brand consistency across all design assets, maintaining high-quality visuals that align with our branding.

You May Be A Good Fit For This Role If:
  • You have 3-4 years of experience in brand or visual design.
  • You are highly skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop). Bonus points if you have experience in motion design.
  • You have experience designing and building emails, preferably in HTML/CSS platforms.
  • You have a strong ability to communicate your design thinking and decisions both visually and in writing.
  • You understand graphic design principles and best practices for different digital channels.
  • You stay up-to-date with current visual design trends and know how to apply them effectively.
  • You thrive in cross-functional collaborations with technical and commercial teams.
  • You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • You are proficient in English design work; bonus points if you can design in Arabic.
