Job Overview

This role is part of the finance organization at IQVIA Argentina, assisting the Associate Finance Director in managing financial initiatives and responsibilities associated with a global business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support general financial planning and analysis for a global business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  2. Manage system inputs for creation of annual budgets and maintain monthly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  3. Lead the month-end close process, analyzing P&L results, and making journal entries as needed to ensure accurate financial representation.
  4. Create clear presentations and provide commentary to help explain financial results to senior management.
  5. Monitor and report on operational risk and opportunity areas, providing recommendations for improvement.
  6. Analyze and maintain schedules of prepaids by vendor, agreeing with GL monthly postings, and ensuring hygiene in SAP accounts.
  7. Maintain CC's structure and cost rates in EBX and PSA, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  8. Develop and maintain financial ad-hoc analysis, providing insights to support business decisions.
  9. Perform headcount forecasting and reporting, utilizing Workday info in Hyperion.
  10. Support changes in forecasting/planning, analyzing monthly forecasts and revenue results to identify key growth drivers and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting, and finance.
  • Experience in financial systems and databases - SAP, Hyperion.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business issues into financial requirements.
  • High level of integrity and self-confidence.
  • Ownership, proactivity, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
