In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of our company by leveraging your expertise in medical information and languages.
As a key member of our global health information management team, you will be responsible for creating, promoting, and maintaining operational excellence across various regions. Your expertise in Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese will enable you to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients from diverse backgrounds.
Key responsibilities will include managing enquiries, handling calls, and responding to customer queries in a courteous and professional manner. You will also be responsible for identifying and escalating queries containing adverse events or product quality complaints, and ensuring accurate recording of all medical communication transactions into the medical information database.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in health care, natural sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline is essential for this role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience with software packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, are highly desirable.
