Your role as a Customer Advisor will involve:

  • Answering customer inquiries via digital platforms and responding to emails, online chat, phone, and social media inquiries;
  • Providing support and resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
  • Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database;
  • Troubleshooting using open questions, support documents, and system training;
  • Offering recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Fluency in Arabic (C1/C2 Level or Native);
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
  • Typing speed: 25 words per minute;
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts;
  • Previous experience or contact with clients;
  • Good listening and empathy skills;
  • Team spirit and flexibility;
