Job DescriptionYour role as a Customer Advisor will involve:
- Answering customer inquiries via digital platforms and responding to emails, online chat, phone, and social media inquiries;
- Providing support and resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
- Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database;
- Troubleshooting using open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offering recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions;
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Fluency in Arabic (C1/C2 Level or Native);
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Typing speed: 25 words per minute;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Previous experience or contact with clients;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility;
