Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT systems administrator to join our team at CGD in Lisbon, Portugal. As an IT specialist, you will be responsible for managing directory systems, authentication, name resolution, IP assignment, print management, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, Print, and File Server services
  • Drive technological advancements across various systems
  • Identify and resolve performance issues in different systems
  • Manage cloud systems (Microsoft, Google)
  • Administration and maintenance of M365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive)
  • Implementation and management of Azure solutions (Entra ID, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Backup)
  • Automation of administrative tasks to optimize operational efficiency
  • Lead work sessions


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields
  • Experience in Operating Systems administration
  • MICROSOFT CERTIFIED - AZURE ADMINISTRATOR, AZURE SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT EXPERT, MICROSOFT 365 CERTIFIED, EXCHANGE ONLINE SUPPORT ENGINEER SPECIALTY
  • GOOGLE CLOUD CERTIFIED - CLOUD ENGINEER, PROFESSIONAL CLOUD ARCHITECT
  • ITIL FOUNDATION LEVEL
