About the Job

The HR Strategy Lead will develop and manage new and existing transformation programs by recommending, monitoring, or adjusting appropriate procedures and tools to enable the achievement of the HR Strategy goals.

Main Activities:

  • Lead meetings, workshops, or internal trainings, using pertinent techniques and providing perceptive results.
  • Develop and implement effective project management methodologies and tools.
  • Support clients in achieving their HR strategy goals.
  • Take responsibility for delivering presentations and reporting for clients and management.
  • Provide continuous support and coaching to other team members.
  • Promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team and with clients.
  • Ensure efficient management of project resources, including human resources.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of consulting experience, preferably on HR.
  • Master Project Management Techniques and Tools (Certification in Project Management is a plus).
  • Highly skilled on presentation development and MS Office Tools.
  • Critical Thinking and Open to Change mindset.
  • Good oral and communication skills. Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English are required.
  • Client-focused. Attention to detail/rigor.
  • Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training.
  • Ability to understand, explain, and support change.
