About You
We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in chemistry or environment. Your experience in using and analyzing SDS and labels will be invaluable in this role. Ideally, you have worked in authoring SDS before, but it's not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels according to guidelines
- Conduct hazard assessments and ensure consistency with reference SDSs
- Manage SDS distribution errors and communicate with business functions to complete tasks
- Collaborate with Global Business Units, SDS experts, and local experts to improve quality
- Follow procedures and processes for managing confidential information
- Answer questions from GBU about SDS or labels
- Manage projects to meet deadlines and fulfill goals
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or Environment
- Experience in using and analyzing SDS and labels
- Authoring SDS experience is a plus
- Regulatory affairs experience is also beneficial
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office suite and SAP
- Fluent in English
