CX Operations Specialist Position Purpose

You will provide crucial support to the RRP Iberia team in delivering CX plans, ensuring timely execution, adhering to agreed budgets, and maintaining excellence throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Management: You will handle the entire payment process for CX initiatives, including incorporating POs, PRs, and GRs into the system. This ensures seamless alignment with planned investment strategies for specific markets.
  • Agencies Coordination: Conduct regular meetings with agencies involved in projects to guarantee correct execution of activation strategies, as supported by the CX Manager.
  • Activation Execution: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Digital, Consumer, Sales, PPO, Legal, and HQ) to execute the CX plan effectively.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Prepare market analysis and conduct field visits to assess project contributions to achieving target results across different phases of the consumer journey (awareness, trial, acquisition, and retention). Provide planning support for assigned projects to develop key timelines and milestones, monitoring actions against the plan, following up to ensure delivery, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Liaison with Internal Departments: Offer support in category knowledge and best practices to ensure coherent and consistent merchandising and promotional strategies are delivered to support launches.

Requirements:

  • A University Degree
  • +2 years relevant experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Distribution/Retail multinational companies
  • Previous experience in consumer experience, partnerships/festivals/horecas would be beneficial
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Curious, flexible, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, JTI offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
