We are a product and project development company working in various areas such as healthcare, telecom, motorsports, and energy. Our development team requires a Senior Software Development Manager to oversee and manage a team of product development professionals.

Job Description

You will lead junior developers on projects, support various development duties, contribute to technical decisions for product path definition, write code, analyze data, and contribute to software design and implementation. You must have highly honed skills in creativity and innovation, ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform coding assignments.
  • Review code work for accuracy and functionality.
  • Analyze code segments regularly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience in similar positions.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development and its technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of C++, JAVA, PHP, and SQL.
  • Knowledge in Voip, SIP, SBC, and SRTP is valued.
  • Solid experience in coding.
  • Strong knowledge of user interfaces.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to speak and write in English.
