  • We're seeking a skilled Backend Team Lead to lead our backend development efforts and drive the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Golang development, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior team members.

  • Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining internal systems and tools, designing and implementing new features and functionalities, leveraging your technical expertise to resolve complex issues, and mentoring junior team members. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
