Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise a team of 4 individuals, including planning, executing, and improving regular monthly processes.
  • Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports.
  • Maintain quality control to ensure that accounting transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist the team and interact with other departments in problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and monitor internal control compliance in day-to-day operations.
  • Direct the processing of invoices and claim expenses, proper handling and coding to meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Oversee the recording and collection of customer invoices, ensuring accurate and prompt processing and payment.
  • Set goals and objectives for team members to drive their development and performance.
  • Foster team spirit and commitment to shared vision and goals.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and supervising a finance operations team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Global knowledge in finance processes and exposure to best practice in a large shared services centre environment.
  • Excellent teamwork, strong communication, and collaborative mindset skills.
  • Comfortable in dealing with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Results and quality-oriented.
  • High degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Solid MS Office knowledge (word, excel, and outlook).
  • Advance excel, Power Query, and Power BI are valued.
