Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Strategic Procurement Expert to join our Lisbon office, where you will be part of a growing team of nearly 100 people. As a key member of our team, you will support clients globally with opportunities for international travel.
You will work on complex projects, managing workstreams or multiple smaller workstreams, often supported by junior resources. Your role will also involve managing more junior consultants on projects, ensuring that Efficio methodologies and processes are followed.
Your responsibilities will include driving complex analysis where data is hard to access, using expertise to creatively develop conclusions and recommended solutions. You will also advise clients and design solutions that address complex needs, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills to maintain our collaborative and inclusive culture. We encourage our teams to proactively innovate and challenge the status quo, backed by strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Additional skills and qualifications include:
- Fluency in a European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian), in addition to English.
- Management consulting experience within a leading consultancy, ideally within procurement and/or supply chain.
- Experience (or an interest) in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain, operations, infrastructure, or capital projects.
