We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Supply Officer to join our team in Lisbon as part of our Global Businesses Services (AGBS) unit. The successful candidate will secure the fulfillment of FAL, Pre-FAL and integrators' needs of components, provide prompt updates on delivery status to internal stakeholders, and follow the Equipment Procurement Operations' Supply Management procedures.
The ideal candidate will have past experience in supply chain and quality or procurement, including process management aspects, strong communication and change management skills, customer focus, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Fluency in English is essential, with French being a plus.
Key responsibilities include forecasting activities, placement and/or follow-up of purchase orders, communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders, support for NPI introduction, and managing strategic buffers to maintain the right level of coverage to protect plants. The successful candidate will also attend performance review meetings and dedicated meetings with suppliers, report activities, and analyze data.
In this role, you will contribute to the improvement of processes and attend missing parts meetings. You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural environment with diverse career opportunities within Airbus European core countries or in other regions around the world.
