We have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Support Officer to join our SDO team.
About the Role
- Provide support to the payments lead in achieving team objectives and assist in fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Take the initiative to solve problems or inefficiencies and propose suggestions for improvement, collaborating with team members to implement solutions.
- Schedule meetings with RTR solution lead to provide status updates on the work.
- Effectively communicate with vendors and other departments to address and clarify vendor concerns.
- Provide prompt responses to vendor inquiries and concerns regarding invoice disputes.
- Identify different stakeholders and coordinate with different teams to resolve the query or the dispute.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to expedite resolution to queries.
- Maintain an inviting ecosystem and represent STG in all external and internal communication for vendor management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in dispute resolution to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure precise and accurate resolution of invoice disputes, minimizing errors and rework.
Requirements
- Total relevant experience of 1-3 years.
- Knowledge of SAP 4 HANA.
- Teamwork and collaboration.
- Decision making.
