Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management Specialist to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our global data governance team, you will be responsible for implementing and continuously developing our global master data management (MDM) and cross-system master data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and introduce standards & methods in coordination with departments, business units, and central departments.
- Participate and potentially lead specific MDM project initiatives, conducting process analyses and creating requirement concepts.
- Creation of change impact analyses and derivation of necessary process and organizational change requirements.
- Creation of documentation and conducting trainings.
- Be a central point of contact/consultant for departments and business units on a global level.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in master data management (MDM) and data and process modeling of complex scenarios.
- Methodologies for project work, preferably in agile project management in an international environment.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications for implementation in IT systems.
- Strong analytical understanding of processes and systems.
- Excellent knowledge of mapping master data objects in SAP, PDM, PIM, and logistics and reporting systems.
- Structured approach and targeted communication.
- Proficient use of office applications.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
