The **Regulatory IT Transversal Team** plays a pivotal role in bridging business requirements and technology, ensuring seamless regulatory compliance across diverse banking systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing business needs with stakeholders to continually enhance our systems.
  • Participating in requirement gathering processes and providing expert analysis.
  • Conducting in-depth business analysis for various projects within TRR.
  • Maintaining accurate global functional design documentation.
  • Providing expertise on proposed designs and estimating workloads/timelines.

Business Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of financial products and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Previous experience as a business analyst in IT financial systems.
  • First-hand experience in back-office or front-office areas.
  • Proven ability to perform quality assurance tests (e.g., UAT) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Bonus points for additional expertise in accounting, trading, payments, reporting, regulatory, or derivatives systems.
  • Demonstrated analytical and result-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in XML and SQL database scripting.
  • Nice to have: Murex (Datamart, MSL, Exchange MXML).

Compensation Package:**
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
