**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Doc researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of unipolar quantum technologies. As part of our project, you will be responsible for drafting a pre-maturity project for the development of unipolar devices and prototyping them. Your primary focus will be on electromagnetic simulation of metamaterials, clean-room fabrication of optoelectronic devices, and electro-optic characterisation of the devices and analysis of the results.

**Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need basic knowledge of quantum physics, physics of low-dimension semiconductors, and physics and technology of unipolar devices. You should also have experience using micro- and nano-fabrication techniques to realise semiconductor devices in a clean-room environment and characterising electrical and optical properties of a semiconductor device. Additionally, you must be able to work in an international and multicultural research group and present results in written and spoken English.
