Job Description
Ventata Ltd is looking for a Ticketing Solution Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new sales growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the ticketing and attractions industry.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive new business growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Managing the sales process end-to-end in their assigned territory, including identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals
- Collaborating with marketing and product management to create strategies to drive sales and improve customer success
- Providing timely revenue projections to management and delivering a predictable pipeline to drive forecast accuracy
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Native German Speaker
- Fluent English
- A history of achieving quotas of $500k+ selling into enterprise markets
- SaaS sales experience, preferably with reservation technology for the tours & attractions industry
- Sales account planning skills and the patience to deliver against the plan
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills with an unrelenting passion for achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of selling frameworks such as SPIN and MEDDIC
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and can manage their time, pipeline and direct efforts of an SDR
