Division Controller

Join the Bosch Group as a Division Controlling Specialist and take on a key role in shaping the future of our company. As a member of our young and motivated team, you will be responsible for the consolidated controlling of the division Building Technologies with headquarters in Munich. Your tasks will include reporting of all relevant KPIs that contribute to the success of our business, such as profit & loss KPIs, headcount & personnel costs, investments, and free cash flow. You will also support in the month-end closing process, consolidate KPIs, and analyze major deviations/impacts. Additionally, you will perform ad-hoc analysis of KPIs for senior management and support graphical visualization and implementation of new reporting approaches. You will also be responsible for central support for forecasting and annual budget planning, as well as preparing investment decisions. To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, a passion for working with large amounts of numbers and data, and highly motivated team-player with eagerness to learn and hands-on mentality. Good knowledge in data processing with SAP Business Warehouse is a plus, as well as very good MS Excel skills. Fluency in English is required, and 2 years of professional controlling experience, preferably in reporting, KPI controlling or similar areas, is necessary. A degree in economics, management, accounting or similar is also required.
