Job Title: Data Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our data-driven solutions. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and high-quality data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract data from our data warehouse for client reports.
  • Maintain our Reporting framework and add features to it (new layout capabilities).
  • Create and automate the delivery of data snapshots.
  • Communicate complex technical processes and requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to understand the reporting needs and ensure accurate alignment with their requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and snapshots provided to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data extraction, transformation, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and improve data reporting processes.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all processes and procedures related to client reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a data reporting role for at least 2 years minimum.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with dbt and Airflow are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical processes to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to align requirements and deliverables with client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
