Job Description

The Technical Project Lead is responsible for leading a team of Customer Project Technical Senior Technicians and Engineers. They oversee the design and implementation of all technical aspects of an integrated customer project.

This role may also involve performing technical operational activities in specific technical areas, managing technical risks, and interfacing between project stakeholders and customers to obtain final approval of the technical solution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide and specify technical solutions according to customer requirements
  • Validate technical choices and solutions during quoting and project phases
  • Review technical documentation to optimize solutions and ensure compliance with customer requirements
  • Directly control technical teams consisting of design, purchases, installation, and commissioning teams
  • Provide necessary reporting to Project Managers and other instances
  • Collaborate with purchasing departments to create and validate technical offers
  • Implement and share Critical Applications from the Product Information platform
  • Act as an interlocutor with subcontractors during project execution and follow-up
  • Proactively communicate technical solutions and specifications compliance to stakeholders

Requirements

Experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLCs), Electrical Control Cabinets, Programming Languages, low-voltage Variable Speed Drives, design, validation, and commissioning to provide solutions to customers meeting their project specifications.
