We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Senior Officer to join our HR Regulatory team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This involves verifying the accuracy of staff data, managing stakeholder relationships, and escalating potential non-compliance issues.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Verifying the accuracy of staff data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Managing stakeholder relationships to assess their needs and provide solutions.
  3. Escalating potential non-compliance issues to senior management.
  4. Managing the regulated staff population in a BNPP tool and providing feedback on improvements.
  5. Ensuring annual mandatory certification for AMF and/or MIFID2 populations.
  6. Performing extractions and reporting on progress and completion.
  7. Handling IG requests for HR scope by performing extractions from HR tools.
