Job Role: Video Content Moderator - Content Enforcer

About the Role:
This position involves overseeing the content that is uploaded to a prominent video-sharing platform, ensuring it aligns with the company's policies and guidelines. As a Video Content Moderator - Content Enforcer, you will be responsible for reviewing and classifying content, responding to customer inquiries, and guaranteeing user and brand safety. This role requires extensive exposure to sensitive content and comes with a comprehensive training program to equip you with the necessary skills. A native level of Norwegian and a good level of English are essential for this position. You will also need to keep up to date with social media trends and be motivated and committed in your work. Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and classifying content in accordance with policies
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions
- Guaranteeing user and brand safety
- Extensive exposure to sensitive content including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news

Requirements:
- Native level of Norwegian and a good level of English
- Keeping up to date with social media trends
- Being motivated and committed in your work
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- Having a valid Portuguese work permit or citizenship that allows working in Portugal
