Job Description

The Cash Collection Specialist - Swedish Speaker will manage due and overdue balances on customer accounts and maximize On Time Payment for all customers. This role reports to the Cash Collection Lead Specialist and involves managing customer/account queries, successful management of due and overdue balances, notifying markets of uncollectable debt risks & mitigating where possible, collection activities based on Market Collection Strategy, responding to incoming collection concerns from the customer and internal stakeholders, focusing on Customer Service, analyzing and checking KPIs on quality of services provided and presenting during Daily Operational Reviews (DOR's), participating in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving, executing identified business and internal controls of Collections processes, reviewing and proposing updates, through company, to the Standard Routines due to legal or process changes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar, proficiency in English and Swedish, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, high Customer Service skills, and the ability to propose and implement improvements in procedures.
