Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter with German or French expertise to join our vibrant team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and preparing candidates for various roles, utilizing your language skills to connect talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including databases, social media, and job fairs.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hiring needs are met and validated.
  • Streamline the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Native or fluent in German or French (C1 level) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level.
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
  • Experience with ATS and resume databases.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and referral programs.
