Job Description: As the Operations Financial Controller, you will be responsible for delivering strategic financial planning and analysis across Europe. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing CAPEX budgets aligned with business group strategies
- Supporting operations and supply chain teams in achieving investment plans
- Providing clear project status updates to plant management teams, including budget, cash flow management, invoices, and spend control
- Capturing Trade Goods ICPs changes in Europe and AMEAP
- Maintaining close control over Purchase Price Variance (PPV) in collaboration with Operations Controllers and Procurement team
- Creating monthly reports for CAPEX, Production volumes, OPEX, Variances, and other key metrics according to Business Group's format
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in controlling or financial audit
- Excellent analysis skills and advanced computer skills on MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP and Oracle is an advantage
