The main tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Providing consulting services to customers on digital development and improvement projects, including translating customer needs into clear project requirements.
- Consolidating data from various sources, analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting it to provide actionable insights and deliverables.
- Supporting project leaders in achieving time, cost, quality, and performance objectives.
- Establishing connections between data analytics and performance management systems to prioritize activities based on top management requirements.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A diploma or bachelor's degree with a master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English, with negotiation-level skills.
- Strong knowledge of Airbus Analytics Platforms, including Skywise, Contour, Slate, and Code Repository.
- Ability to solve problems and identify root causes through data analysis.
- Programming skills in Python, Pyspark, R, or Java, or equivalent.
- Excellent G Suite skills.
- Experience with data management and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of performance management, project management methodologies, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- A structured approach to work with resilience and proactiveness.
- Ability to simplify complex business concepts and communicate effectively.
- Flexibility and a team player with innovative thinking.
