In this dynamic role as a Life Sciences Data Consultant at Veeva, you will be part of a pioneering team that helps life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 5+ years of data experience in the Life Science Industry to join our Product Expert team. As a strategic consultant, you will work closely with our product, sales, and services teams to help customers achieve even higher levels of success. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic guidance to named OpenData customers, identifying opportunities for improvement and generating the right usage/adoption of OpenData long-term.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer success by ensuring customers fully utilize and benefit from Veeva OpenData
  • Lead our customers as the OpenData subject matter expert towards the best OpenData experience
  • Evaluate how customers manage their OpenData investments and identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness improvements
  • Support customers with OpenData deep dive and education sessions through reporting and product releases
  • Be the customer advocate for product innovation and work with the OpenData Product Team to identify possible product enhancements from customer feedback
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of data experience in the Life Science Industry
  • Proven track record of establishing client-facing relationships as a strategic trusted advisor
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to process and interpret customer information (product utilization data and customer requirements) to help drive adoption
Benefits

Veeva offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
