Job Overview

As a Cloud Transformation Leader at Devoteam, you will play a key role in driving business agility and digital transformation for our clients. With a strong background in PMO, Service/Project Management, and Business Consulting, you will lead complex client engagements and contribute to the strategic growth of our Business Agility team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage client projects and initiatives, utilizing expertise in PMO, Service/Project Management, and Business Consulting.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines, budgets, and risks, and by overseeing Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Develop and lead sales proposals and presentations to contribute to the unit's growth.
  • Identify and champion new ideas and approaches that enhance the unit's offerings and increase client value.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants, sharing your knowledge to support their professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Project Management, with relevant certifications a plus.
  • Proven track record in PMO, Service/Project Management, or Business Consulting, ideally in a tech consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, both internally and with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Genuine interest in helping organizations become more agile and responsive to change.
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
