Main Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Health Programs: Create and execute health and wellness programs aimed at improving employee health and productivity.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential health hazards and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Provide Medical Care: Offer medical care, including first aid and emergency treatment, to employees who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Manage Injury Cases: Document and manage cases of workplace injuries, coordinate follow-up care, and ensure appropriate treatment and recovery plans.
