Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and focus on improving Working Capital reporting by designing a new data trail. The successful candidate will analyze existing data in General Ledger and Sub-ledger systems, identify and address data quality issues and manual preparation needs, and propose solutions for automation and standardization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design a to-be data trail for Working Capital reporting utilizing as-is data already available in our systems;
  2. Address manual data preparation needs and data quality issues;
  3. Analyze data availability in General Ledger and Sub ledger against data problem statements/requirements;
  4. Identify data trails that can address current data issues and where as-is data is insufficient propose to-be data trails;
  5. Gather requirements to enhance data frequency and accuracy of available data;
  6. Analyze data granularity of upstream interface postings and make recommendations on how they should be enhanced;
  7. Propose solutions of automation and standardization efforts.
Requirements
  1. Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification;
  2. Experience with SAP FI (e.g., the ability to run reports);
  3. Good understanding of SAP FI data structure;
  4. Strong understanding of working capital accounting;
  5. Experience in financial data analysis;
  6. Ability to conduct data gap analysis between as-is and to-be effective;
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  8. Familiarity with HFM can be advantageous;
  9. Availability to travel within Europe.

  2. Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
  3. Motivation for international projects and okay if travel is included;
  4. Willingness to collaborate with other players;
  5. Strong communication skills.
