Job Opportunity: Logistics Planning and Spare Parts Coordinator

At the Bosch Group, we are committed to shaping the future by inventing high-quality technologies and services that spark enthusiasm and enrich people's lives. As a Logistics Planning and Spare Parts Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring an excellent service level with an optimal inventory level for our central warehouse and regional warehouse. Your responsibilities will include taking over planning responsibility of spare parts, communicating orders to suppliers, and following up on timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take over planning responsibility of spare parts for the central warehouse and regional warehouse
  • Communicate orders to suppliers and follow up on timely deliveries
  • Maintenance and optimization of master data and planning parameters to ensure effective Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) in SAP
  • Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (Service Level, Inventory Level, Incoming Goods Claims, etc.)
  • Support in the digitalization strategy of the department by continuously improving and further developing Power BI/SAC-based dashboards

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate of Industrial Engineering Management, Management, or other supply chain-related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and well-organized
  • Critical thinker with initiative
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools, with a focus on Excel
  • Experience in SAP or Power BI is a plus
  • Great knowledge of the English language (both written and spoken)
