Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Tennis Receptionist to join our team at Vale Do Lobo. As a key member of our tennis operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests, checking-in and checking-out, and making reservations
- Responding to queries related to the golf and tennis courses
- Confirming reservations with partners and direct customers
- Coordinating customer transfers and internal competitions
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Availability for rotating and shift schedules
