Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Continuity expert to join our team at Alter Solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring the resilience of our Wealth Management (WM) IT assets.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a high level of technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the IT Continuity and Resilience of WM IT Assets
  • Evaluate the IT Continuity Classification for each asset and ensure consistency with Business continuity needs
  • Develop and maintain IT Continuity plans (IC Plans) in accordance with Group Requirements for each IT Asset
  • Ensure backup and restoration processes and operational procedures are well documented and enforced
  • Organize and report on IT Disaster Recovery exercises

Maintaining Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)

  • Sustain WM IT Continuity policy & procedures, ensuring alignment with Group-level framework
  • Comply with IT Continuity & Operational Resilience from Regulators, DORA in Europe, MAS in Singapore, HKMA in Hong Kong
  • Update data accuracy in the IT GRC tool: asset classification, compliance with IT continuity requirements, IT Continuity dashboard, etc.

Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Report regularly to senior management on progress of IT continuity classification, solution implementation, DR exercises, and remediation projects
  • Provide metrics and presentation material to WM IT Risk, Cybersecurity, and IT Continuity committees
  • Contribute to awareness and training activities, keeping documentation up-to-date

Requirements

  • Certification (not mandatory but strongly recommended): CCRP, CRISC, ISO 22301, ISO 27001
  • IT Continuity & Resilience
  • IT Production (backup/restoration)
  • IT Architecture
  • IT Risk
  • Cyber Security

Tech Requirements

  • English (mandatory) – Expert

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range between €60,000 and €90,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
