Job Description
We are seeking a Cloud Talent Acquisitions Specialist to manage our talent pipeline efficiently, ensuring client requests for specific profiles are met promptly. This involves collaborating with sales teams, prioritizing requests, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and prioritize client needs: Collaborate with sales to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Source and match consultants: Identify and screen potential candidates through various channels, prepare them for interviews, and present them to clients.
- Facilitate the placement process: Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and help close deals, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and consultants.
- Ensure successful delivery: Oversee contract compliance, manage replacements if needed, and maintain ongoing communication with clients and consultants.
Qualifications
This role requires experience in managing teams, preferably in a Time & Materials business environment or a related industry. Prior experience in the financial sector is highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and prioritization skills, effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and be a collaborative team player.
