Randstad has partnered with Airbus to create a Global Businesses Services team in Lisbon. Our mission is to find talented individuals who can help structure a high-performing team responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of engineering technical documentation.
This role involves checking technical documentation manually and automating checks to ensure compliance with Airbus process requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to follow processes strictly, and possess excellent communication skills to build trustful relationships in a remote work context.
- To enable manual checks of engineering technical documentation for each center, aligned with Airbus process requirements;
- To automate documentation checks;
- To archive technical documentation in the Airbus environment;
- To regularly report on the quality of performed checks.
- Strong knowledge of Airbus Engineering organization and documentation processes;
- Ability to understand and adhere to archiving processes;
- Excellent organizational, rigorous, and communicative skills;
- Proficiency in English is required, with additional native language welcome;
- Broad understanding of aircraft, product, and development processes (not mandatory);
- Ethics & Compliance adherence, including data confidentiality rules, AIRBUS Procurement process, and GDPR.
