Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Build strong relationships with Delivery Managers and Hiring Managers to understand their hiring requirements
- Write engaging job descriptions that showcase the company culture and values
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including mainstream and niche platforms
- Screen applicants for proper fit with the job requirements and present the most suitable candidates to the Hiring Managers
- Arrange interviews and conduct reference checks as needed
- Promote INSCALE's reputation as a great place to work and contribute to building efficient strategies for sifting candidates and selecting talent
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical recruitment
- Strong technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to negotiate
- An eye for reading different people and understanding specific situations
- Fluency in English is a must-have
