**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Professional to join our team at Jobtome-All.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers using telecom products and services, providing exceptional service and support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Assistance: Respond to inbound queries from English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding telecom products and services, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose technical problems, provide solutions, and escalate complex cases to technical teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Guidance: Educate customers on product features, plans, and usage tips to optimize their experience, improving customer retention and loyalty.
  • Data Entry: Record and update customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement and product enhancements, driving continuous quality enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, telecom, or tech support is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of telecom products or a willingness to learn, with a focus on continuous professional development.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
