Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Plant Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the central controlling of our global network of manufacturing plants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Central controlling of global network of manufacturing plants
- Coordination and hands-on involvement in month-end closing and year-end closing activities
- Validation and analysis of plant results and central reporting of KPIs to various stakeholders
- Process owner of key data plant reports
- Coordination and proactive steering of main controlling processes
Key Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor degree in Controlling or Finance/Accounting
- First working experience in controlling of a company with multiple locations/entities in manufacturing controlling
- Very good English skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Well-structured and analytical way of working
- EXCEL expert knowledge important, preferably experience in reporting (e.g., BW, PowerBI, Think-Cell, Planning Analytics)
- Preferably experienced with SAP and related systems
