Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Creative Technologist to join our team. As a Creative Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered digital experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and create user-centric solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
  • Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand's visual identity while adhering to best practices in UI design.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Advocate for accessibility best practices to ensure that digital products are usable by individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar applications.
  • Experience in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
  • Familiarity with various user research techniques, including usability testing, A/B testing, workshops, user interviews, and persona creation.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (a plus).
  • Working experience with methodologies such as Design Thinking or Agile.
  • Deep knowledge in Design Systems and technical knowledge related to Design project management.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
