About the Role

The Transformation Consultant is responsible for leading complex HR transformation projects, while coaching junior team members and driving continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.

Key Activities Include:

  • Lead meetings, workshops, or internal trainings using pertinent techniques and providing perceptive results.
  • Support clients in implementing project outcomes and follow-up outcomes with clients.
  • Take responsibility for delivering presentations and reporting for clients and management.
  • Provide continuous support and coaching to other team members.
  • Promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team and with clients.
  • Ensure efficient management of project resources, including human resources.
  • Profile and skills required for success:
    • At least 4 years of consulting experience, preferably on HR.
    • Master Project Management Techniques and Tools (Certification in Project Management is a plus).
    • Highly skilled on presentation development and MS Office Tools.
    • Critical Thinking and Open to Change mindset.
    • Good oral and communication skills. Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English are required.
    • Client-focused. Attention to detail/rigor.
    • Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training.
    • Ability to understand, explain, and support change.
