Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Decskill, an IT consulting company. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience in administering Windows and Linux/Unix systems. Additionally, they will have expertise in Java Tomcat Application Server, Microsoft IIS Application Server, and Microsoft IIS Proxy Server.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and monitoring our production systems, building and enhancing monitoring tools to prevent and quickly resolve issues. They will also deploy production changes with precision, ensuring minimal disruption to services and maintaining the integrity of the platform.

We are looking for a team player who can work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements. The ability to manage incidents, including detailed analysis and reporting, is essential to maintaining high service levels.
