Job Description
As an IT Infrastructure Junior Analyst at Stefanini EMEA, you will be responsible for analyzing the current IT infrastructure to identify areas for updates or improvements. You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage day-to-day IT infrastructure including hardware, software, network, and server administration. Additionally, you will maintain system security by implementing and managing appropriate measures, collaborate with business teams to customize and adapt existing systems, provide technical support and guidance, and create and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in supporting and implementing technology infrastructure, managing and supporting Windows infrastructures, supporting Microsoft Cloud environments, and supporting corporate Microsoft Windows networks. You should also possess a university degree in computer science or information technology, fluency in English and Portuguese, experience with international and multicultural projects, and capability to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Furthermore, you should be able to constantly look for new innovations, technologies, and methods to improve daily work activities, assimilate new knowledge, communicate effectively, and possess problem-solving skills.
