**Job Description**

As an Industrial Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth production workflow of our products. Your responsibilities will include coordinating production schedules, prioritizing operations for maximum performance, scheduling shifts according to production needs, monitoring work orders, addressing issues promptly, managing deadlines, and collaborating with quality control, warehouse, and other staff.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, 2-3 years' experience in supply chain management, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). You must be a team player with a continuous improvement spirit, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Good math and statistics skills are essential, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English is mandatory, and availability to work on-site in Abóboda, Cascais, is required.
