About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Specialist to join our Information Security function in Nordea Asset Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in embedding information security practices, controls, and culture within our organization.

As a Senior Information Security Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and mitigating information security risks, providing guidance on information security principles and controls, and supporting the implementation of information security frameworks and application security principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and mitigate information security risks, including identifying and evaluating potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Provide guidance on information security principles and controls, including secure coding, threat modeling, and security testing.
  • Support the implementation of information security frameworks and application security principles, including DevSecOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) security.
  • Collaborate with business units and technologists to identify and mitigate information security risks, and support the organization in implementing security controls to mitigate them.
  • Assist in determining exposure to information/cyber security/cloud security risk and resilience risk, and evaluating readiness to mitigate them effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information security, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with information security and business continuity.
  • Experience in information security processes, including risk assessment and mitigation, security controls, and compliance.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) required, with efficient skills in using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISM, CISA, or CRISC.
