Vestas Technology & Operations > Aerodynamic & Mechanical > Gearbox is seeking a skilled Project Planner to join our team.

The Powertrain Module in Vestas Power Solutions is responsible for developing the complete Vestas powertrain for both onshore and offshore wind turbines. As a Project Planner, you will contribute to the operational planning and maintenance of the sub-module execution, working closely with the Functional Leads, Tech Lead, and Designer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating sprint planning meetings as Sub Module SCRUM master
  • Supporting the C-level plan preparation and maintaining the project delivery framework
  • Maintaining project execution dashboards within different systems
  • Reporting project status and conveying information between project and sub-module project teams
  • Supporting functional reviews and other relevant project meetings
  • Ensuring that project risks are collected and communicated

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Industry experience within design (R&D)
  • Proficiency in Project Management
  • Good technical understanding
  • Experience with budgeting and resource management
  • Experience in cross-functional team leadership and working with stakeholders
